Avoid!

I requested a quote on having my roof repaired on the 29th of Jan. I was promptly phoned on the 30th to schedule an appointment for Monday morning early seeing that it was the only time I had available.
When I phoned today (Monday) I was put through to Natasha who said she only started working there on Thursday (the day I received the call) and she could not find my booking saying she will call me back. She called back from the same number I received the call from on Thursday and she suddenly found my details but the quote was never scheduled!! Then she suddenly changed her tune and said she only started working there on Friday!?!? She realised she made the mistake and couldn't fix it!!
Universal roofing just treats you like another income and if the job is small... They couldn't care!
