Car repair 61 days and counting

I handed my BMW to a Bosch service center in Hillcrest on the 5th December 2013, got a quote that I accepted and got told that my car would be ready in 10 working days, it's been 61 days in total, I have had to rent a car as I need it for work, I asked for compensation they just think it's a joke, every day I am told to wait as I took the car in over a holiday, then it's the supplier, then it's a part from Germany? I have no money left to pay for a rented car, if I then I can't pay for my car... 61 days and counting, I think time for legal action, plus media... How is it my problem for taking it in on a holiday, they won't even give me a discount on my quote for waiting do long, today was the day I had to fetch the car and they said another 2 days needed... Can't believe this never use Bosch anywhere...
