Poor customer service from a German company!

Electronics and household app.

Our Bosch fridge has required several repairs over the past 2/3 years, which can be expected from a 7 year old fridge, the latest of which was about 2 months ago when both the pc board and compressor where replaced at a substantial cost. Now two small items have broken on the same fridge and the repairer first informed me that one of the parts needed to be ordered from Germany and this would take approximately 10 days, which I agreed to. Three weeks later the repairer informed me that they were informed by Bosch that the part was no longer available and thus the fridge was not repairable. As I had spent a large amount over the past years on repairing this fridge this came as a shock to me as I felt that Bosch should have informed me when the PC board and compresses was ordered that certain parts where no longer available, as this would have allowed me to make an informed decision regarding that repair. I contacted Bosch and dealt with one of their customer service agents, Lyle da Sylva. Although Lyle has answered some of my questions we still have no resolve, 1 week later. He is very slow to respond to emails and my feeling is that Bosch does not really want to resolve this issue
