Bad Service - 4 Come Backs and counting!

I took my car to be serviced and fix a fueling issue. After spending more than R7000.00 and returning the car three times, it still isn't running properly

Whenever I received their quotations, I accepted and paid in full, thinking that they are Bosch, a reputable name in the industry and they know best. I will be taking the car back for the fourth time in 5 days! Is there no QC done on the cars BEFORE telling the client all has been resolved???

The service I have received is UNACCEPTABLE! A comeback to them doesn't seem to have any priority and no extra effort is put into making sure that ALL is tested properly to make sure that it doesn't happen again

This experience has caused me much inconvenience and expense... all of which is exactly why I went to them in the first place, thinking they are professionals and to avoid all the headache that comes with a backyard mechanic

I cant believe the standard of service received from a Bosch Centre! I will never take any of my cars to them again
