DONT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO BOSCH SERVICE HILL FOX

I took my car for repairs in November, BOSCH HILL FOX, they only gave me a quote to take the car apart. However I only receive a quote to fix my car in Jan 2013, and only a verbal quote that was more then value of my car. I was not kept up-to-date with the progress of the car, I had to phone continuously. On numerous occasions I was promised a call back but that never materialised. I asked Pratiesh to tell me if the repairs would be more than R20, 000.00. He could only tell me about the pistons he couldn't get. Why couldn't he give me a quote without the pistons. That would have been the professional l thing to do and save me a lot of time and stress
I paid R3, 200 to Bosch Service to dismental my car, the vehicle is now worse off than when I took it to them. They didnt even give me all my parts, when i phoned for it, all they said it was in one on theire bins.
To date still waiting for a written quote and report on what was wrong with my car. i SENT AN EMAIL TO THE BOSS, NEVER GOT ANY FEED BACK, NOT SURPRISED
