Hj Bosch & Sons Panelbeaters
Bad customer service/Empty promises

My car has been in HJ Bosch and Sons Panel beaters for 19 days now and the proposed repair duration was a week. Last week Monday I was told my car was in the paint workshop and I can collect it the latest Thursday afternoon. I made a follow up on Thursday afternoon and I was told that they not done and will get back to me on Friday. Friday just after 16h00 I called after hours and my call was reverted to the security guard who could not assist me.

I just spoke to their Manager not so long ago and apparently there is a missing part and due to the rainy conditions they cannot estimate when will my car be ready. This was never mentioned to me last week and this just shows how unreliable they are.

Deon Bosch literally told me there is nothing he can do and he left it there...

And they want money from me...
