Very bad service

Dear Sanral... I visited Centurion Mall (the etoll shop only), stood 90 minutes in a row. Paid my bill. Then I asked the lady to pay my parking ticket! She thought it was funny!

-> I still await feedback from my first complaint!!!
-> So glad the taxi are now also involved
-> Hope this gets worse and worse!!!
-> Service is unbearable and slow!
