Only had my car for 1 year, and have had more problems with it than enjoyment. Made the purchase on 10/01/2013 at DTM Strand, along with a pre-installed alarm and tinted windows.

1. Got stuck without a car for a weekend, because when they sold car to me they forgot to check the battery plugs connected.
2. Auto-Armour was not done, even though I paid for it. I had to then, out of my own, take the car to a Auto-Armour dealer to have the product done.
3. Alarm was faulty - I was told if I have any problems with my vehicle I can take it to any service centre. I took my car to Paarden Island, only to sit without a car for more than a week. I had to then collect my car in Strand, only to discover the alarm was not fixed. I had to make another plan to get my car to Strand again to have the Alarm serviced.
4. Service Manual is generic, tells me nothing about my specific model. For example, my car doesn't have ISOFIX, even though the manual mentions it.
5. Took my car for 15000km service, mentioned the seat is lose to the agent... Was told it was fixed which is wasn't!
6. looks like they mounted something in the passenger foot air vent
7. Bad service all round, with nobody ever calling bac
