Car battery in paid parking lot

On 12/02/2013 my vehicle was parked at an Interpark Parking lot in Pretoria CBD, on my return i couldnt start my car.. because the battery got while the car parked. There is a security guard and he insists he didn't see anything. Interpark claims zero liability for the incident, However they charge a significant amount for using that parking lot, but there is no form of security or survailance. I personally think this is unfair and its just a Bad Attitude towards consumers. Someone should regulate these slick criminals e.g Interpark
