VODACOM IN GREEN POINT IS DISGUSTING

Arrived at the shop at 08:00am today when they opened, but was only assisted half an hour later, i was the only customer in the shop at that time. I was then told my software update was going to take 3 hours, so i waited around Green Point. after three hours i was just told its going to be another 2 hours wait, thats 5hours!!! noone came to even apologize for the 5 hour wait. they just said its another 2 hours. The staff their are inconsiderate and selfish and just rude. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY PHONE FOR REPAIRS THERE AGAIN. They are losing customers. they better clean up their act.

I am actually thinking about changing from vodacom.

You guys at Green Point branch make me SICK, train your staff on customer service cause clearly they dont know what the meaning of that is
