Unch of idots!!!

Lets start... I applied for a bike got all the documents and gave it to east rand branch.. took them for ever to get it sorted out.. then came licencing yhe bike which I paid them to do. Which every time I had to call to ask what was going on the always came up with an excuse for it taking long. I finally gave up with them and called kempton park branch and got hold of a manager who was very helpful.. he started to get things on track.. finally when I received the bike I noticed my bike is not even registered at the address I live at!!! Second the swing arm of the bike has no nut so the swing arm is coming off.. I called and spole to the manager and explained these two problems and he said he will let me know if there is a technician avaliable to come and sort it out and also to let me know what they going to do about the regeneration problem.. bit I have been waiting all day I cant get to work and I have got no info into whats happening!!!
