LATE DELIVERIES

We have a client in Stellenbosch (Oeneo Corks) we send parcels to at least 2 or 3 times per week and they always received the parcels early next morning but ever since the new ppl took over the Stellenbosch area the parcels are always late. My client closes at 3pm on a Friday and the courier only comes after that time, it's to late and they have to wait another day. The nature of there business is such that they can not wait that long for there work. Can someone please speak to the new guy that took over and make him understand my client needs there parcels asap the next day please! Tracking Nr: NA0003542024
