Nature of complaint - ALL the above!!!

The question rather-what didn't happen! Im sad that a company has so little regard for service! Iv been with them for around 3 years now & there have been so many problems. Parcels hardly ever get dropped on time. They drop parcels at wrong places, give to garden boys. Whats the absolute worst is their service & attitude. Several mails to the franchise-never get replies! I use a courier company to get parcels to places in certain time frames otherwise my business suffers a loss. I sms'd the driver yesterday around 11am to collect. Just after 4 the parcels were not collected and I sms'd again and also to the "owner" as he drives with the driver. No response. Last night I sms the owner to please urgently advise &* e-mail their offices. This morning still no response and I call and get jumped on - why do I "report" to their offices and not call him. Makes the whole situation to be my fault because HE and HIS personnel did not do THEIR job! Always used to get my deliveries from them early in the mornings and since the "owner" took over I am lucky if I get my parcels early afternoon as he supposedly has to take another route... How can a company care so little about service!?!?
