System having terchnical difficulties

I am forced to have a prepaid tag. I loaded funds onto my tag. Looking at my account, it shows suspended, and the loaded funds do not reflect. I called the call centre, spoke to Phumulani. Call reference 3001352287. She informed me they are experiencing technical difficulties. My complaint is: Why do I have to call THEM to find out they are experiencing technical difficulties? Why can't THEY keep me informed of this? Why doesn't my payment reflect on the system? I also logged a complaint, case 309498, to this effect. This is supposed to be a world-class system, but it seems as if it's a world-class up. Phumulani refused to acknowledge their system is flawed, but admitted on a voice recording that they are experiencing technical difficulties. Well done, SCAMRAL! Well done!
