Hi,
Firstly I withdrew money from an Fnb ATM on the 10-01-2013 with my Capitec card and recieved the following error message whilst processing my transaction: " YOUR BANK IS EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND CANNOT PROCESS YOUR TRANSACTION AT THIS TIME" next thing I recieve a message stating"STATING MONEY WITHDRAWN FROM THE ACCOUNT WAS SUCCESSFUL" I than ended going to a Capitec Branch in which they logged a request. Reference being: 6742014 and still have not recieved feedback with regards to it, I than decided to call this morning and the agent that assisted me said nothing was as yet in connection with my complaint.
