No IT support for domain suspended without reason

Our company website and domain is managed by NetDesign. We have been experiencing ongoing difficulties and downtime over the last year and can never reach their technical manager on his cell phone, nor does he reply to emails sent. It is disruptive to my business putting jobs on the line. I cannot even migrate the domain to a new host due to our account being suspended for unknown reasons. Everything is paid up to date, nor have we received any accounts due for payment.
