Sanral Late Invoices - Discount forfeited

I have a invoice from Sanral stating my discounted amount is R220.28 if I pay before 2014/01/17. I received the letter on the 2014/01/23. I called the VPC and no one there can understand that I received the letter late! Its sad that we have to deal with incompetent people from the operator to the team leader to the manager! If I got the letter in time I would of paid it and got the full discount.
