Hydrotek (Pty) Ltd asked ITEC to put in a phone extension line at the beginning of Jan 2014. At first reason for non installation acceptable. Recently - reason for non installation -. "We are moving and will attend to your installation once we have attended to our own installations. I have contacted ITEC Head Office but have had no response. Bad excuse and bad service
