Side Step
Issue and Bad Treatment

Yesterday i went to Studio88 in Carlton centre and when i was suppose to pay i was told we need to go to pay at Side Step cause they don't have the machine for RCS card payment, When we got to to Side Step the lady who was at the till didn't greet me she just shouted saying BLACKS like to do last minute shopping we are a nuisance and now we want to create more job for her she is tired and she wishes my card declines
she futher more said i'm a nuisance, irritating and quite frankly she doesn't wish to assist me if it was according to her she would send me away cause she fails to understand why must i do my shopping late i sat the whole day day now last minutes i want to give her job

Never in my life have i been humiluated like this i felt like an that lady doesn't know customer service and she sure made sure that blacks are stupid i will never in my life go and do shopping there and this is not over i will take this further its obvious she judged me by my looks hence she ill treated me i might look green but I'm defenitely not a cabbage and don't appreciate being treated like one
