No customer service

Helo Peter, today I had one horrible day I went for shopping @ jet dobsonville mall, firstly the pos area was more loud than where were the customers we waiting to be called out, one wasn't called you had to figure out which till was vacant, there were approximately 8 to 9 till operators working on the till area, chatting and playing amongst themselves and purchasing body sprays which were selling for 2 rands to each other. I was served by a lady called Susan she doesn't greet, she takes my clothes and scans doesn't ask if I've got a rewards card, she packs in a small pack for which I had 26 items then when I ask for her two separate the bags she takes another bag and put It in a clothing that she was packing, as if that's not enough when I get to the door she didn't remove any sensomatics on my clothing now I'm a!!! Someone sort this out immediately I asked for a refund now my money is nOt in my account!! That's the worst service ever!!
