I was happy to join the service in November 2013 and arranged for the debit Oder to be take on the 28th of each month, to my surprise on the 20th of December 2013 my account was debited, I then call the call center the next day, and spoke to a consultant who says a message was sent out that all debits will be taken before due to the festive season, to my surprise no sms was sent on my phone, she then transferred me to the escalation's department and there again was promise all sorts of things including a R100 voucher fro Woolworths, which am still waiting for, I have no use to this service and want to cancel because you are promised things that are not thee!!!
