Sick of 's... where is our money

I was contacted by credit clear in September 2013 after I broke my leg and also after being through a fight as to a run through the NPDA that I barely escaped but lost my debt review arrangements with my debts. It took 9mnths for me to finally get an answer as to what to do and Corrie Schoeman sold 'Help4U' debt councelling company as well. So all was up and Credit clear came with offer to help consolidate the debts and we merely settle with them but they require a double debit for the legal and office work that need be done on our behalf. They deducted in October and November 2013 almost R1400 of my account and I have heard nothing from them at all. Now debtors are at my door again. I am so sick of it, Seems that why people run away or kill themselves with little but no way to resolve these issues! What can be done next?
