Incompetent Staff

Hi there was committed under my name in June last year everymonth it is the same song and dance with Experian they remove it out and next month it is back on.
Cell c sends the communtication to them to remove they do but the next month it is back on. Now becuase ot this I have been declined by one bank already for my bond. Now I am at a point of been fustrated and annoyed! This is just madness!
