Credit Clear/Life Power ENDEBTING AND TAKING POWER

I have applied credit clearance from CREDIT CLEAR about four months ago. Once I paid a fee to them to clear my name I was told it will take 28 days. Subsequent to that my application was handed over to another company called LIFE POWER who also informed me that they will act as my lawyers and negotiate settlements for any current debt and thereafter will clear my name from the credit bureau.

I welcomed this and asked them to proceed. Until now nothing has happened. When I call them they are repeating the same thing that I already know of who I owe. They have not given me any negotiated settlements so that I proceed. There has been no legal service they have done for me and yet they claim that the /-R11 000 legal fees that are being deducted monthly as installments from me will go towards the service of clearing my name!!

This is a crime and should be stopped. These people are taking money from me which I can use to pay off my debts! Its an irresponsible practice preying on the vulnerable people who are in trouble and who want to be responsible citizens!!!
