Unrepaired damage @ service on 20/11/2012 - dented

This is now my 3rd complaint here!!

Highly disgusted by the pathetic service from this company. Cannot locate my previous complaints here, as it appears to have been deleted!! Car went in for 30 000 km service on 20/11/2012. When car was collected there was a dent in the front driver's door. After numerous correspondence, me going to the branch, talks with head office liaison, quotes supplied to them & them agreeing to repair (May 2013) nothing has been done to date. My car door is still dented. Needless to say I have not returned to them for another service and would like to escalate this once again!
