I refer to my previous complaint on 12 December 2013 regarding a refund as the car we intended to purchase was defective. After submitting the complaint someone called to acknowledge receipt of the complaint and advised that they would investigate and get back to me. It has now been over a week and I have not received any feedback! We have tried to follow up with numerous people at Imperial with NO success. Our money has been sitting with Imperial for over 2 months and the car that we had intended to trade in was returned to us in a damaged state. We do not know who else to speak to and Imperial has not assisted us at all, despite acknowledging receipt of the complaint of 12 December 2013!
