Car damaged (@service) on 20/11/2012 NOT FIXED

Highly disgusted by the pathetic service from this company. Cannot locate my previous complaint here, as it appears to have been deleted!! Car went in for 30 000 km service on 20/11/2012. When car was collected there was a dent in the front driver's door. After numerous correspondence, me going to the branch, talks with head office liaison, quotes & them agreeing to repair nothing has been done to date. My car door is still dented. Needless to say i won't return to them for another service and would like to escalate this.
