Incompetent persons at their collections desk

Vanderbijlpark post office have the most incompetent persons at their collections desk as I have waited 30 minutes for them to search my parcel yesterday and they STILL havent found it. The Clark had a very bad attitude with me. The system on? track & trace? shows that my item is there. I really just would like to have my parcel!
We pay a lot of money on postage fees and we don't complain but this is ridiculous to pay for a service when the personnel does not know how to do their jo
