Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Bad paintjob on accident KIA made with my SPORTAGE

Last year I took my Kia sportage to Imperial select Menlyn in for its very first service. after the service was completed recieved a courtesy call my sportage is ready. upon pickup, noticed a dent in the rear door, deep through all the paint onto the metal.

took many complaints on hellopeter, and calls to KIA to get it fixed, which took three weeks.

Now, 6 months down the line it looks like a pearl white colour paint was used. my car looks terrible, and the difference is so bad that random strangers are even noticing it, at daytime, but the worst is under lighted conditions... You ruined my Sportage!

Who did the paint job - surely you have a warranty for the repairs done? trying to call the franchise you just get on hold for a millenium and a half!!
