Nissan South Africa
New vehicle purchase

Cars & Transport

We purchased a new Nissan NP200 from Nissan Middelburg and if I'd know about the bad sevice before hand I would have bought a donkey instead. Late delivery on the vehicle, no stock of temperarty license plates before we had even driven the car it was dented (driver door) and when we took the vehicle for mag's we were informed that the front wheels don't even align. Result: the vehicle pulls to the left. They collected the vehicle to "fix" it and we were given the sales persons car. Considering my husband is 2m tall, it went down well and it was in a disgusting state. They supposedly had the tyres re-aligned it still pulls left!! As for the dent... it's still there with a bit of white paint to cover the mark as a temp. fix as it will take 2 days to repair the door. How is it that a brand new vehicle has wheel alignment problems. Tested the bakkie on the highway and you need to hold on or you are in the bush!! The invoice was incorrect and the lady from Nedbank says it was sent to her in Excel format, so you can manipulate the invoice as you want. For a large company it is pathetic and never will I buy another Nissan. The complaint is long and space is too little.
