I bought a tablet from Fonechoice in September last year 2013. After a month it started freezing and send it back to them for repairs and still haven't received it back. The customer service line only favors new customers who wants to purchase new items but doesn't cater for existing clients who are experiencing frustrations with their service. Since November they hav been checking with the repairs/warehouse/technical staff on what could have caused the damage and still receive the same response today.

I am very dissapointed and frustrated at the service I receive from Fonechoice. I keep on making follow ups regarding the tablet and no one is making an effort to give me feedback on why it is delaying soo much.
