On 09 January 2014 My Vehicle BMW E86 Z4M was returned to me after clutch replacement was carried out under motorplan. inv no: 501 128 27

Being a weekend car I drove the vehicle 2 weekends later. Upon my astonishment I heard a loud vibration from underneath the car. After pulling over a quick inspection revealed that the lower diffuser cover had not been fastened and made contact with the road whilst driving. Being attached to the rear bumper this almost lead to damaging or losing the rear bumper alltogether.

I have taken pictures of this shock and horror and I am truly dissapointed. They nearly completed a great job if it weren't for this. I can no longer drive the car until I am furnished with a new cover.

I decided to make this posting as I have had prior incidents with the LEO HAESE branch during my last 12 months of dealing with them. I will mention these incidents in another case as I am no longer going to keep quiet for their mistakes.

It is my lifes savings and commitment that has gone into this car only for someone to neglect such simple tasks as fitting 4 screws to hold the cover into place. I am absolutely disgusted and dispondant in the dealership's abilities.
