Faulty testing after service

Cars & Transport

Booked my vehicle in on 13/11/2013 for service, transfer of ownership, a jerking & knocking sound when accelerating as well I struggle to get the vehicle into the gears.
On 18/11/2013 @ around 8:30 the Service Advisor phoned me to collect my vehicle after everything was completed & confirming they tested all faults as resolved. I collected my vehicle around 11:00 only driving away finding jerking & knocking issue (Transfer Case) as well struggle of changing gears (Clutch) then an added issue that the vehicle vibrates terribly while driving.

I turned around & took my vehicle back & booked it in again for repairs of original stated issues as well the added vibration caused from negligence at BMW Leo Haese Centurion. This had already wasted too much of my time & there was no driver or anyone to take me back to my office which is 4Km from the dealership. A work colleague had to pick me up & I had wasted half a day of work on this negligence from the dealership. I have been without my vehicle & any other means of transport since 13/11/2013 where all issues could have been resolved in time before 22/11/2013 as I stated we need the vehicle for my family to go away with for this weekend
