DISGUSTING SERVICE, WHAT A RIPOFF!

In October 2012 I purchased a new vehicle from the dealership. Six weeks later, while showing the vehcile to a colleague, he noticed that there is a wider gap on the right side of the rear bumper if you compare it to the left side. I immediately took the veichle back to the dealership who pointed out that the clip at the rear bumper was loose and they just clipped it back-in, this process took 5 minutes. I accepted the vehicle back in "good faith". Once again the same problem has occurred and I took the vehicle back on Wednesday, 28 March 2013. I have now been informed that the clip is now broken and that I must have somehow "knocked" the rear bumper. I disputed this fact with the service manger as there were absolutely no visible marks on the vehicle. Then I was told that it possible could have happened if someone pressed hard against the bumper, this I vehemently dispute. How could they take me for a fool!! Now they are expecting me to pay R450.00 to have the clip replaced, which I refuse. I have left several messages for the dealer principal & managers to call me, but to no avail. They are refusing to pay!!
