Access refund

My car was written of by a person without insurance and I had to pay the access.

I did not expect a refund for at least 10 years as this person was paying the debt off on a monthly basis.

I was contacted today with news that OUTSURANCE has decided to repay my access even before the full claim was paid.

I think this is great service and deserve a 10 with a golden star.
