Damaged car, refusing to accept responsibility

The technician replacing front tyre, damaged the car when using jacking equipment.
Car was at store 3 times never was the damage mentioned.

Owner gave a stupid story to explain and refused to accept accountability. They were the only ppl to ever change or jack the car.

Now he says he cannt assist, I must sort it out with my insurance.
Extremely poor service. Actually very dishonest...
