Bad after sales service

I bought a C180 in Feb 2013. One month again July the car swerved to left and I hit pavement and damaged tyre. I call and made complaint. Mercedes never came back to me. I called back after 30 days and they said to take tyre for evaluation and not the car. David showed no interest in me almost losing my life and worried about replacing the tyre. I had to buy another tyre myself and to date they did not show interest ingetting any service centre to examine the car. They are worried about the cost of replacing the tyre and deny that its their fault. I don't have faith in their cars anymore and I would like to return their car because of poor and stupid inexperienced custore care and after sales support. Do believe inwhat they say as its all and they cover their. Read the fine print before you buy and they want want to accept responsibility for any defects in their cars or part to their cars. They are all trained to say say that its not their fault and their policy and service does not cover any such defects. I have had a very bad experience and because its an expensive car, I would expect better after care and after sales service. I never want to drive a mercedes again
