Mr WSJ Kriel owns a Renault Laguna (big mistake) which was stoned due to civil unrest. A claim was made to OutSurance Ref = 102174421. The car was taken to Mini Max panel beater in SPRINGS. A door had to be ordered from France. This arrived BUT was damaged. RESULT = Delay in getting the car fixed which results in Hired car NEEDED FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD. A 2nd door arrived ALSO DAMAGED!!! WHAT!!! He contacted Renault head office and the man was extremely rude and blatantly refused to ACCEPT FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR BLUNDER DUE TO THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. OutSurance (Sya Maphalala) ALSO refused to financially assist their customer in extending the rental period WHICH RESULTED IN MR. WSJ Kriel HAVING TO PAY R5000, 00 for the ADDITIONAL PERIOD Mini Max took to repair the car. He lives in Roodepoort and works in Springs, so HE NEEDS A CAR TO GET TO WORK. SO SEEING AS IT WAS NOT MR WSJ Kriel'S FAULT NOR OUTSURANCE NOR MINI MAX THAT THE REPAIRS WERE DEALYED DUE TO DEFECTIVE PARTS FROM RENAULT IT IS TIME FOR RENAULT TO COME TO THE PARTY AND BE MAN ENOUGH TO ACCEPT THIS FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL CAR HIRE. PAY MR WSJ Kriel BACK. GO THE EXTRA MILE THAT CUSTOMERS EXPECT
