Damaged Goods and bad Service

I took my car in on the morning of the 7th of October 2013 to fix damage on the Left side of my car at SILVERTON PANELBEATERS. Just before leaving they told me it will take 8 days to fix. I received my car back on the 23rd of October, 17 days later after a lot of hassle and phone calls which i had to make, not one coming from their side and then to top it off when i picked the car up, my front speak was damaged plus the wires were pulled out for the one speaker at the back and it did not work.
