No replacement on warranty

I bought a radiator from Silverton in Mossel Bay on 25 October 2012. I noticed green marks coming out around the head of the radiator. A mechanic told me that the radiator was leaking and I was losing water. I took the vehicle back to Silverton in Mossel Bay where they also did the so called test with the blue liquid. According to the owner, the engine head gasket was gone or the top was cracked. He also accused me of putting stop-leak into the radiator (a brand new radiator?) I then took the vehicle to an accredited agent for the specific make and we did a pressure test. There was no loss of pressure and no leaks or cracks. I have a written report from the agent.
I have logged a complaint with Silverton via their website, but in 14 days have not had any response. Another thing that troubles me is the fact that an employee of Silverton in Mossel Bay, laughed at me in my face when his blue liquid turned yellow. I think that this is just a gimmick not to comply with their warranties. There is also a sticker on the radiator that states that the radiator has a nationwide guarantee. Their agent in George refused to work on it and said it must be claimed at the branch where I bought it
