HiQ damage to the sideskirts of my Audi A4

When I bought this car from Audi Wonderboom as a pre-owned vehicle.
The next day driving I realized that the tyres weren't in good condition I went to Supa Quick in fouways which helped me and made me aware that the two front tyres where so damaged and weren't road worthy at all.the two front tyres were low profile and the two back were run flats.
I called Pamela who sold me the car and told me they will replace the two front ones and the back but I must pay half which I did. They took my car in the care and gave it back to me with new tyres.
About two weeks later my one side skirting started coming off I went to a panel beater to see if they could fix this which they could but they pointed out to me that the under side of my car was damaged from being lifted up in the wrong way. They basically damaged the body work of the car behind the two front wheels.
Pamela the sales girl said" It must be HiQ who did this because they dis it so fast" fast meaning that they changed the tyres quickly.
Now im sitting with major damage to my car and was told its basically my problem to sort out with HiQ when in the first place the car was driving to HiQ by audi and not myself.
