Unacceptable service

I ordered printing to be done on 2 t-shirts, it should have been finished on 12/02/13 but when I arrived there they said that they had a problem with their dark transfer ink, it will only be ready on 13/02. So Wednesday at 10:00 I went in to fetch the shirts - it is still not ready. I asked them to phone me when it would be ready. At 14:00 I phone to hear if it is ready, after my 3rd call someone picks up and tells me yes it is ready. I went in to collect it, and I need to wait 20 min for someone to find the shirts. At home I want to start wrapping it - its a present- and I see their is a big marks / misprint on the bottom of the one shirt. I am not even going to try and explain what bad quality printing was done, the back printing shows on the front because they forgot to put something in the shirt.
