How long will it take to help a person!

I have recently relocated to Middelburg and in desperate need of a job. Every single bank in Witbank & Middelburg have suggested that I go through to Kelly. I have already registered with them at their head office in September 2012. I called the Nelspruit Branch to ask them if they could pick up my deatils from the head office which they did. I called them on 02 August 2013 and explained my situation to them to which they responded that they would come back to me the next day, to date, they have not even made a single call to me. I have called every week since then and all I get is a NO! Yet every single time I go to the bank, even this morning, they tell me to go to Kelly and that they are recruitimg. So I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, is it because I am Indian that they not willing to help, do I need to change my surname to get service, can they not just phone me to update me or do I need to be uneducated! Surely they are not interested in helping me as they have a job, would like to know how they would feel if the roles were reversed. You cant tell me that every single bank in Witbank or Middelburg are full as they are not!
