On 27-05-2013 I gave Ansie 7 golf shirts, an already embroidered sample shirt and 3 jackets to do embroidery work. The logos where already digitised.
After several false promises on 06-06-2013 I received 3 of the golf shirts, unfortunately with the wrong logo on the back. Ansie immediately said she would order 3 new ones the next day.
On 08-06-2013 I received a message from Ansie to collect the clothes she will not be finishing the job she is to ill. When I got there I found her laughing with visitors and the clothes in a black rubbish bag by the gate. Again Ansie said she already ordered the replacement shirts and will have them the following Monday. What was I supposed to do, I took the bag and left.
I checked the clothes and found my sample and one of the new shirts were missing. I contacted Ansie and she replied she will look for them and let me know. Until now she has not replied once when asked if she found the missing shirts. So now I had 5 shirts to replace.
When asked when she will be replacing these shirts Ansie told me not to be difficult and she will have the replacements by the next week. I never received the replacements and had to buy 5 new ones from my own pocket.
