I made an order for a Grip Go Cellphone Holder on 11th June 2013.
By the end of August 2013 I had not received my purchase and started to question the integrity of [URL Removed]

I subsequently called their offices and spoke with a lady that had no idea how to deal with my complaint, but told me to email her the receipt of purchase... So I did...

On 23rd September I once again called as I had not heard back from [URL Removed] and enquired yet again to the staus of my order.

Today (25th September 2013), I received a reply from [URL Removed] saying that the reason my order has fallen through the cracks is that their system was down and did not generate an invoice... IT bugs do happen but there is no excuse for poor customer service!

They have now asked for my banking details in order for them to refund my account as there is no longer stock of the item I purchased.

I am reluctant to just hand over my banking details as these guys don't seem legit.

In my opinion - there are far better and reliable online shopping services out there that are more than capable of doing things the right way...

if you see [URL Removed] - think before you buy!!!
