Failure to supply License Disc for 5 Months

Riaan Hibbers the sales person at VW Lyndisaker promised to supply me with a valid license disc after I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. The vehicle was purchased mid-May, and it's license disc expired on the 31 August 2013. Since then I have been battling with Riaan Hibbers concerning this issue. He is full of empty promises, and does not even call to update me on the issue. I also spoke to several of his colleagues who promised to take care of the matter, but also failed to come back to me, including their manager. Am not starting to ask myself a lot of questions about this car.
