IWYZE
Not scrapping a WriteOff car from my name

I was insured with IWYZE when I got involved in an accident. After a lengthy process my car was written off. Today I go to the traffic department to renew a license disc for my other car, only to find IWYZE did not de-register the car from my name. I had to pay for it's (written-off car) license to receive a disc for my current car. I called IWYZE claims department and spoke to Monnye at around 12:45 who promised Naume will call me in 15min which I took to be an hour or so. I have waited for more than 3hours now. Can IWYZE de-register than car from my name and refund my money?
