Imperial Select Multi Franchise
STILL WAITING FOR LICENSE DISC

Bought a car (Tata Indica 2007) second hand from this branch early November. Was given a temporary license that passed on 21 November, also had a disc valid until the end of November. Did call numerous times regarding the license disc and until now (16 Jan 2014) still no disc, no calls back, no follow up - nothing.

As a last resort I resorted to Hellopeter. Hopefully NOW someone will call me for a change, and inform me where it is. Spoke to Pieter, he gave me the info of Darius (as a sms business card), probably because he does not want to speak to me anymore. And Darius first informed me the papers where sent back to their branch because it was not original (Which it was!) and when I phoned the other Branch (Wonderwaters) about the info supposedly returned, they informed me it was never even given in? This was in the end of November. Still no resolution.

So currently I am driving an un-licensed vehicle on the road. I will not pay ANY fine that comes my way, this will be their bill!

On a side note: I do not wish to speak to Darius or Pieter anymore, if the supplier wishes to communicate with me, they can do so with someone with MORE authority who actually can do something.
