Item scanned in then no movement

The following parcel Arrived in Johannesburg on Monday morning at 2:36am, however there is no further update. When will this parcel be processed and when can I expect delivery, I cannot understand why it ships so quickly from Hong Kong and then gets stuck in JHB. I have tried contacting customer service for 3 days now but there is no answer I have been trying for almost 3 hours today again.

I went to Cape Mail to collect another parcel, and even they tried to contact the JHB office but with no luck. What is happening with the parcel?

I would really appreciate if I could get some feedback or at least just for someone to answer the phone.
