No licence disc and service history

I purchased a Toyota Yaris from Pro West in the middle of April this year through finance. When I bought the vehicle I was told the vehicle had a full service history and also that it was serviced before I bought it, however when I called Toyota to enquire about the service history I was told it was last serviced at 60 000km - when I bought it the mileage was just under 100 000 km. I have not received the service book to this day.

I was also supposed to receive the renewed licence disc. A week later after having taken the car the dealer (sales man) contacted me and told me he needs to lend the car for the day so he could go do the roadworthy testing. I agreed and he did that. I have not received my disc ever since then. I made regular contact with the dealership to try obtain the disc and service book with no success. To make matters worse this past week the sales man contacted me not to let me know the disc was finally ready but they needed to do a roadworthy test AGAIN! The finanace house representative Anelle was rather unfriendly over the phone in one of my attempts to get feedback. GET THIS SORTED. Never purchasing a vehicle with them again.
